We are seeking a Training and Competency Supervisor to join our client at their outstanding, award winning IFA practice in the London city area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to transfer their IFA / Wealth Management experience into the T&C area of the industry.

The ideal candidate will hold the L4 qualification and have previous experience in this area.

About the role:

You will be responsible for the supervision of a team of IFA's as part of a wider team ensuring adherence to the TCF principles and relevant standards and legislation.

Providing ongoing assessment of adviser competence via continual oversight and conducting risk assessments and providing relevant training and support to ensure all advice is of the highest standard

Ensure all records are adequately maintained and up to date

Identify and address any risks

Conduct inductions for new starters

Record and alert key stakeholders to any breaches to ensure appropriate action is take

Keep abreast of all regulatory changes so these can be implemented in a timely fashion

You must be a team player with the ability to convey information in an easy to understand manner

Full-time, Permanent, hybrid

Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
