- Meet and greet all internal and external guests and offer refreshements
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly.
- Register external guests on the building visitor system.
- Arrange and coordinate catering for breakfast and lunch meetings
- Perform monthly audit of stationary, office and cleaning supplies and place appropriate order to replenish supplies
- Support with Health and Safety tasks to ensure they are inline with compliance
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support business needs, including preparing presentations, reports and other documents
- Assist with event planning
- Be the first point of contact for suppliers/contractors
- Must be client centric, with strong communication skills dealing with UHNI
- High level of attention
- Driven and highly organised
- Able to build relationship in person and over the phone
- Experiences used MS packages (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
