Team Admin/Client Host – Investment City £29,000 - £31,000 + excellent benefits and bonusOur client is a leading Investment Advisor who are dynamic and forward-thinking, committed to delivering exceptional service to their clients. They are seeking a proactive, professional, and well-spoken individual to join their team as a Team Admin/Client Host.THE ROLE:
  • Meet and greet all internal and external guests and offer refreshements
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly.
  • Register external guests on the building visitor system.
  • Arrange and coordinate catering for breakfast and lunch meetings
  • Perform monthly audit of stationary, office and cleaning supplies and place appropriate order to replenish supplies
  • Support with Health and Safety tasks to ensure they are inline with compliance
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support business needs, including preparing presentations, reports and other documents
  • Assist with event planning
  • Be the first point of contact for suppliers/contractors
THE PERSON
  •  Must be client centric, with strong communication skills dealing with UHNI
  • High level of attention
  • Driven and highly organised
  • Able to build relationship in person and over the phone
  • Experiences used MS packages (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
