Having worked with this client for nearly 8 years, we have seen them grow their business organically year on year in that time. They have achieved this by taking on trainee Financial Advisers and developing them into very successful, high billing Advsiers, offering truly ethical and holistic financial guidance and support to their clients. This approach has helped to grow the business further, by building up a steady flow of referrals and recommendations from satisfied clients.
They are now looking to take on another Trainee Financial Adviser to go through their supportive and demonstrably proven train scheme. As my client is confident in their abilities to develop people, their only requirements are that you have already gained a level 4 qualification and want to be a successful Financial Adviser.
They will consider a broad range of people, from Paraplanners or Mortgage Advisers looking for their first move into Financial Advice, through to those that are looking for a career change or fresh challenge, even if your background is outside of the broader Financial Services field. As attitude and personality is key to building successful and meaningful relationships with clients, you will also need to be confident and articulate when dealing with people, have a naturally tenacious approach to business development and an entrepreneurial spirit, helping to build a successful business.
