Are you a newly qualified Financial Advisor looking for your next long term career option? Perhaps you have come through one of the many Advisor Academies but now feel slightly adrift with no real guidance, plan or structure to ensure the success your hard work deserves?Do you want the security of a salary, and guaranteed additional bonus via the client book you will inherit from a retiring advisor.We are looking for a dynamic, client focused advisor who will inherit and then service both an established client book, whilst also looking to develop new business opportunities through referrals and other channels.Why is this job worth applying for?

What are we looking for in top quality applicants?

  • Minimum level 4 qualified is a must
  • Ideally some form a regulated advice experience (could only be a matter of months) and ideally CAS
  • If you haven't directly given regulated advice personally then you must be able to demonstrate experience in client facing advice meetings (shadowing existing Advisors, giving unregulated advice, Paraplanners who have attended multiple advice meetings might also be considered)
  • A bit of a "spark"! We want passionate people looking to accelerate their financial advice careers. You must be proactive, be able to self motivate to be the best you can be and not be scared to ask for support (this company have a history of developing their employees but you have to want it!)
