My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Debt Advisory Manager to join their growing team in London. This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including corporates, private equity firms, and other financial institutions, advising them on a broad range of debt-related matters. You will play a critical role in structuring, negotiating, and executing debt transactions, providing strategic guidance and expertise to clients.

What you will be doing as aDebt Advisory Manager

  • Lead and manage debt advisory projects, including refinancing, restructuring, acquisition financing, and capital optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery.
  • Develop tailored debt strategies, financial models, and presentations to support client decision-making.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify financing options and trends relevant to clients.
  • Support clients in negotiations with lenders and financial institutions to secure optimal financing terms.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation, client pitches, and networking.
