My client is looking for a newly qualified Debt Advisory Senior / Assistant Manager to join their expanding team in London. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to advance their careers in debt advisory, working closely with experienced professionals to deliver tailored solutions to a wide range of clients, including corporates and private equity firms.

What you will be doing as aDebt Advisory Senior/Assistant Manager

  • Support the delivery of debt advisory projects, including refinancing, restructuring, and acquisition financing.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models, presentations, and tailored debt strategies to support client decision-making.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify financing options and current market trends.
  • Support negotiations with lenders and financial institutions alongside senior team members.
  • Provide assistance in managing project workflows, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including preparing proposals and participating in client pitches.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Recently qualified in ACA, CFA, or equivalent, with some experience in debt advisory, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of debt markets and financial instruments, with a willingness to learn and develop in this area.
