About Us:We are a leading socail housing provider committed to helping individuals regain control of their finances. As a Debt Recovery Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients who have fallen into arrears, helping them find solutions and guiding them towards financial recovery.

The Role:As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will be engaging with members of the public who are in arrears. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Understanding individual circumstances to offer tailored solutions
  • Negotiating payment plans and terms
  • Managing difficult and sensitive conversations with tact and empathy
  • Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies
