Excellent opportunity to demonstrate your Mortgage Admin skills working with high profile Clients within the Mortgage arm of a well-established London based Financial Planning firm. Due to the increased number of referrals the business is looking for an additional member to join this small dynamic team of individuals

Opportunity Highlights

** Wonderful opportunity for an established Mortgage Administrator with a minimum of 18 months relevant experience to join this highly sociable and team orientated group of people in a very accessible location

** Opportunity to provide high quality Admin support to the team of Mortgage Advisers

** Build strong relationships with your Clients, delivering a service of excellence resulting in further referrals

** Ensure compliance and that firm’s standards are met and records are kept up to date

** Your role will be varied encompassing all aspects of the process from initial application through to completion

** Opportunity to attend meetings with Lenders

** Working closely with the Client, Lender and Adviser collating and dispatching all relevant documents and letters to relevant parties

** Creating invoices, updating Adviser fee records and drafting recommendations/suitability letters
