The ideal candidate with have a passion for music, technology and have previous experience working within either a start-up, DTC sectors (also known as consumer goods expereince) or SaaS (software as a service). Your skill set may include financial modelling, problem-solving, presentational skills and a degree of commercial acumen. You’ll have responsibility for modelling the company’s long-term plan, along with forecasts across the company.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A Professional Accounting qualification, ideally ACA, CIMA, ACCA.
  • Strong Analytical, financial planning and budget management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and presentational skills.
  • Commercially focused and willing to challenge information and not take at face-value.
  • Flexible, innovative, and adaptable at work to meet competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • An independent thinker, inquisitive mind and demonstrable examples of implementing proactive solutions.
  • Superb and demonstrable time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • A passion for music, technology and/or startups.

Bonus points:

  • Experience working at a start-up or high-growth company. Ideally within consumer goods, Hardware and Software businesses.
  • Experience using NetSuite, or a similar ERP system
  • Experience or exposure to working with manufacturing companies
  • MBA qualification
  • SaaS reporting and analytics
