If you are a Risk Modelling professional who can build and manage client relationships and use your expertise in the commercial real estate field to provide effective results, then this role is for you.
Key Requirements:
Project Management.
Key Account Management.
Communication with clients; Understand requirements & issues.
Assist with carrying out analysis and effectively communicate the result to clients
Establish a timeline for project delivery
Correspond with clients in a professional manner to assess and understand their requirements and establish a timeline for project delivery
Assist with analysis & effectively communicate the result to clients
Monitor ongoing project performance
Key Requirements:
Background in modelling or mathematics specifically Monte Carlo Simulation methods
Risk modelling
Commercial Real estate
Credit risk modelling (PD / LGD)
Cash flow modelling
Portfolio modelling
