Up to £70,000 plus EXCELLENT bonus and benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading international bank in the heart of London as they seek Senior FX / MM Treasury Dealer to join their team to manage their money market and foreign exchange transactions, a well as debt securities. You will be responsible for ensuring all daily transactions and controls are executed accurately and in compliance with the Bank’s standards

Key Duties of the FX/MM Treasury Dealer to include:

  • Strategize funding approaches to optimize interest income and/or minimize interest expenses.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with bank trading desks, dealers, brokers, and other market participants as needed.
  • Expand the funding base and support due diligence efforts for funding providers.
  • Conduct analysis and forecasting of liquidity positions.
  • Continuously develop and maintain expertise in regulatory issues related to interest rate risk, market dynamics, and liquidity management.
  • Monitor risk metrics daily to ensure compliance with established limits.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the Bank, performing duties with utmost integrity.
  • Follow all risk control procedures, guidelines, and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor risks in day-to-day activities.
  • Uphold industry codes of conduct and consistently demonstrate high ethical standards.

Requirements for the successful FX/MM Treasury Dealer to include:

  • Educated to University undergraduate degree level is essential, with relevant professional qualifications highly advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years knowledge of treasury and rates products, FX, MM, Derivatives
  • Experience using financial and treasury systems
  • Experience with ALM risk management (including liquidity, interest rate and market risks)
  • Experience using Excel, SQL and PowerBI skills.
  • CFA, AMCT and or accountancy or risk qualifications highly advantageous
