Purpose of role:

Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategic improvements across the investment portfolio and operational processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the investments.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of current investment strategies and operational processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborative with senior leadership to set performance targets and milestones.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimise the management of renewable energy assets.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or a related role within the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of the renewable energy industry, including market trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
