This role offers both temporary and permanent opportunities, perfect for those seeking flexibility in their career.Salary: £15-17 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly!Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and staff.
  • Lead and manage the fitness team, providing direction, support, and motivation.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and design personalised workout plans for clients.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Handle customer enquiries and efficiently resolve any issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the facility.
Essential Requirements:
  • Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualifications (preferred).
  • First Aid certification.
  • Proven experience in managing a team, ideally within a fitness or leisure environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Reliability and punctuality are a must.
  • Flexibility to work early and late shifts, as well as weekends.
