- Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and staff.
- Lead and manage the fitness team, providing direction, support, and motivation.
- Conduct fitness assessments and design personalised workout plans for clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Handle customer enquiries and efficiently resolve any issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the facility.
- Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualifications (preferred).
- First Aid certification.
- Proven experience in managing a team, ideally within a fitness or leisure environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
