Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to club members and their guests
- Take food and beverage orders and serve with appropriate etiquette and timing
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
- Ensure tables are properly set and presentation standards are maintained
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all club visitors
- Represent the prestigious standards of The Hurlingham Club in all interactions
- Anticipate member needs and provide personalized service
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a high-quality hospitality environment
- Excellent knowledge of food service and beverage presentation
- Strong customer service skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Well-presented with a professional manner and appearance
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends
- Silver service experience advantageous but not essential
