They have a fantastic opportunity for a full time or part time Pilates Instructor to join the Fitness team in their five-star deluxe residential property.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored Pilates programmes for residents.
- Provide ongoing personal fitness training and guidance.
- Track residents' progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Advise residents on diet and lifestyle to complement their training.
- Lead group exercise classes and workshops.
- Ensure correct and safe use of gym equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the gym area.
Desirable Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Pilates in a premium health club or similar setting.
- Recognised Pilates qualification.
- Passion for health, fitness, and well-being.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Flexible availability to accommodate residents' schedules.
