Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned maintenance and attend to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Optimise equipment performance and support process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support, operator training, and out-of-hours assistance.
- Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

- Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in a similar engineering role.
