As a Food & Beverage Service Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, preparing food and drinks with precision, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Your role is vital in ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile and a craving to return!
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Assist guests with menu choices, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Food & Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve specialty drinks including coffee, bubble tea, smoothies, and fresh juices.
- Make and assemble chimney cakes, açaà bowls, and ice cream creations according to company standards.
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Store Maintenance & Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining and prep areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
Teamwork & Operations:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow company policies, including uniform and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Work Schedule & Expectations:
- Flexible shifts available (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for holidays and peak hours is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Passion for food, beverages, and customer service.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety (training provided).
- Prior experience in food service, coffee shops, or dessert cafés is a plus but not required.
