IRO $110K / £86K + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare.

My client is a global hotel chain operating a 5* all-inclusive 320 unit luxury resort in the Western Caribbean, currently looking to recruit a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee the continuing success of 10 food & drink outlets and the management of over 200 F&B staff.

The successful candidate will have:

An extensive F&B background within 5* level, multi outlet and ideally all-inclusive Caribbean 4/5* hotels & resorts.
A strong knowledge of food and beverage trends in luxury hotels and resorts, preferably in the Caribbean/Middle East/SE Asia.
Excellent F&B strategic and financial experience.
Proven record of managing and motivating a large and multinational team.
