We are searching for a dedicated FSQ (Food/Health & Safety/ Quality) Manager who will ensure the implementation of food safety standards, whilst driving quality improvement for a Global QSR chain. In this role, you will handle crisis management, respond to incidents eg; from a food safety/health and safety standpoint, oversee third-party audits, engage with regulatory agencies, and provide expertise to develop training programs.

Our client, a globally recognised QSR brand with ambitious growth plans, are seeking a Food Safety/Quality Manager. In this role, you'll lead crisis management efforts, oversee third-party audits, liaise with regulatory agencies, and elevate the food and health safety team to continue to meet top global standards. Health and safety knowledge is also a key element of this role.

Description

  • Develop and implement food safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality control.
  • Train and guide staff on food safety and quality practices.
  • Respond to any food safety and quality issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop strategies to improve quality and safety.
  • Report to senior management on quality standards and issues.
  • Manage escalation and deal with all pest related issues.
  • Field based role
  • Must have health and saftey experience.

Profile

A successful FSQ Manager should have:

  • A degree in Food preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
  • HACCP LEVEL 4
  • Food Safety Level 3/4
  • Well versed in BRC + global food standards
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Provide audits of the chain of restaurants globally
  • Strong Health & Safety knowledge + qualifications
  • Managed multiple sites/chains/restaurants from a food/health and safety standpoint
