We are seeking a Group Head of Food Safety to lead our food safety standards and policies across our global locations.

This role involves ensuring compliance, developing food safety strategies, and managing public health risks. You'll work closely with various teams to enhance food safety practices, conduct audits, handle incident management, and support supplier compliance.
Description
- Implement and uphold high food safety standards.
- Collaborate with teams to develop policies and maintain consistent practices.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Lead and carry out internal + external audits for suppliers and manage supplier safety protocols.
- Provide public health guidance and prepare for health-related incidents.
- Chair the HACCP forum and oversee safety training.
Profile
- Extensive food safety experience in a hospitality or multi-site food environment.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety management.
- Experience conducting audits and investigations.
- BRC Lead Auditor qualification
- Ability to work effectively with diverse, international teams & work collaboratively
- Advanced qualification in food safety/hygiene (HACCP Level 4 preferred).
- Willingness to travel internationally
