Our client is a luxury event caterer, delivering exceptional food for high-profile events across London. Youll be working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What Youll Do:
- Oversee the production kitchen, ensuring efficient, high-quality food preparation.
- Work closely with the Senior Chef Team to maintain top-tier standards.
- Ensure all food is produced in a timely, consistent, and scalable manner.
- Maintain strict food safety & allergen control procedures.
- Assist in menu planning, stock management, and kitchen organization.
- Occasionally support on-site event catering when required.
- Experience in high-end catering, production kitchens, or high-volume restaurants.
- Strong ability to manage workflow & maintain consistency under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety, allergens & HACCP procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail & teamwork skills.
- A flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for quality food.
