- Log, diarise and book gas safety inspections and PAT / EICR tests.
- Advise let-only landlords of requirements & benefits of appliance servicing.
- Work with offices to ensure all appliances are captured & noted when a property is taken on.
- Where applicable, book Legionella checks.
- Undertake all remedial works that arise from checks.
- Report weekly / monthly (as required) to show compliance.
- Print off monthly error & warning reports for all safety checks.
- Obtain funds from landlords to pay for safety checks.
- Pay contractor invoices.
- Raise invoices for company fees for undertaking works.
- Monitor contractor performance and timeframes.
- Work closely with the Tenancy Progression and Accounts teams to ensure all certificates are ready & available ahead if move-ins, and that invoices are paid.
- Experience of working within the property industry and an understanding of the relationship between landlords and tenants (relating to property lettings).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- This role pays a basic salary of £27k.
- The hours of work are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, with the option of hybrid working available (usually 3 days working from the office, 2 from home).
