Company Information-We are currently recruiting for a new venture within an already successful, established contract catering site for a well known shopping centre in Central London.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a chef that is excellent with management including staff, paperwork etc. in addition to running the day-to-day operation of this newly refurbished staff restaurant.
You will work closely with the head and exec chef to ensure the menus are in trend, fresh, innovative, and meet or exceed the customers expectations.
As the Sous chef, you will be managing a team of approx. 10 producing 1000 covers a day.
