This permanent, full-time role involves delivering top-tier service to internal and external clients. Reporting to the Reception Supervisor, the responsibilities include coordinating meeting room arrangements, managing video conferencing setup, providing refreshments, and assisting with lunch preparations for meetings. The role also encompasses stock maintenance, room cleaning after use, and offering support during evening events when required.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
