As a Cluster Manager, you will:
- oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple coffee shops across your designated cluster
- Youll be responsible for leading, inspiring, and supporting your team,
- ensuring smooth operations,

Key Responsibilities of Cluster Manager:
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers, baristas, and kitchen staff across your cluster, ensuring they are engaged, well-trained, and aligned with company values.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of each location, ensuring the highest standards in service, coffee quality, food offerings, and cleanliness are maintained.
- Menu & Food Quality Control: Ensure food offerings meet company standards in terms of quality, presentation, and taste, working closely with kitchen staff to maintain consistency.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales growth across all locations, ensuring profitability while maintaining a strong brand reputation.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer receives an exceptional experience, from coffee and food quality to service delivery.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in both coffee and food service.
- Problem Solving: Address any operational challenges, customer complaints, or staffing issues swiftly and efficiently.
Skills & Experience of Cluster Manager:
- Proven experience as a manager or area manager, ideally within the coffee, food, or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering top-tier service in both coffee and food.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving business performance.
