Totum Partners is working with a leading law firm to recruit a Legal Cashier for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.

The ideal candidate must have experience in legal cashiering and managing both office and client accounts.

The ideal Legal Cashier will be responsible for:

  • Produce Office and Client account cheques
  • Bank Office and Client account cheque receipts
  • Process Client to Office transfers and post-investment account interest
  • Prepare daily and monthly reconciliations for Client, Office, and Investment accounts (multi-currency)
  • Manage daily bank balances and foreign supplier payments (RBS - Bankline)
  • Run monthly and ad-hoc interest calculations for management accounts
  • Handle petty cash, foreign currency orders, and reconciliations
  • Allocate Client and Office receipts
  • File documents and emails
  • Assist with audit queries
  • Provide holiday cover for other Cashiering team members

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
