Our client, an international bank, is seeking a Trade Services Clerk to join their Institutional Banking team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle import/export transactions, including Letters of Credit (L/Cs), collections, and trade finance solutions.
  • Perform AML system checks and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
  • Process trade-related finance solutions such as factoring, bills discounting, and forfaiting.
  • Accurately calculate transaction fees and interest.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams on L/C matters and trade services.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Monitor transaction progress and support process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in trade finance preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to changing workflows.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
