Our client, an international bank, is seeking a Trade Services Clerk to join their Institutional Banking team.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle import/export transactions, including Letters of Credit (L/Cs), collections, and trade finance solutions.
- Perform AML system checks and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
- Process trade-related finance solutions such as factoring, bills discounting, and forfaiting.
- Accurately calculate transaction fees and interest.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams on L/C matters and trade services.
- Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Monitor transaction progress and support process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail with experience in trade finance preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to changing workflows.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
