HGV Transport Administrator
Location: Park Royal, North West London
Pay - 13.50 per hour
IMMEDIATE START
A major haulage multinational is seeking the services of an enthusiastic Transport Administrator to join its busy transport team located in Park Royal. The role offers excellent career development opportunities and training, and is available on a temp to perm basis initially.
The Role
You will be a key member of the Park Royal Transport team provding administration support to colleagues and HGV Drivers.
Key responsibilities
Daily duties include but are not limited to logging jobs in the company database system.
liaising with customers via phone and email
organising all paperwork regarding vehicle checks including defect sheets.
Accurate keying in of data
checking for and chasing PODs
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role in the logistics industry will be desirable
Experience of Digital Tachographs and Tachograph regulations is desirable.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and be proficient in computer skills.
Good telephone manner essential and experience of talking to end customers. and HGV drivers
Excellent geographical knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm.
4 days in 4 days off
Start time 16:00pm to 04:00am
