Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience: Experience is preferred but not required. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
• DBS: A current and valid DBS check is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Marking: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Regular marking and feedback are essential to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Engaging Learning Environment: Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for learning. Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
• Student Encouragement: Motivate and inspire students to achieve their best, both academically and personally. Provide guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
