The school is currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join their team and help create a nurturing space for young learners to thrive.

Role Overview:As an Early Years Educator, you will be an essential part of the nursery team, helping to foster a stimulating and caring environment. We are looking for individuals with experience working in early years settings, who are working towards their childcare qualification (such as a CACHE Level 3 or Early Years Workforce qualification), and who are passionate about supporting children, especially those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the nursery teacher in planning and delivering fun, engaging learning activities.
  • Offer dedicated, individualised support to children with SEN, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all children feel safe and encouraged.
  • Assist with personal care tasks and contribute to the overall well-being of the children.
  • Observe and record children's progress and provide feedback to help them grow.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in early years settings and a passion for working with young children.
  • Actively working towards a CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent childcare qualification.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting childrenS learning and development.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience supporting children with SEN is a plus, but not essential.
