Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Early Years practitioner or nursery nurse in a lovely 4-form entry school in Havering. This role would be perfect for someone who has worked in a nursery previously and is wanting to transition into working in schools to gain more experience. This full-time role is available for candidates who have a CACHE level 3 qualification or equivalent.
This Primary School in Havering is a popular and inclusive environment where staff work collaboratively to ensure that every child has the support they need to succeed.
As an early years practitioner, you will be supporting students with a range of needs, working closely with the class teacher to tailor lessons and activities to meet the needs of each individual student.
What we're looking for:
- A CACHE level 3 qualification is required or equivalent
- Experience working with children with a nursery or EYFS setting
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage children with diverse learning needs
- A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting both students and staff
