Early Years Practitioner - Full-Time Position - January 2025 Start

Are you passionate about supporting young children's development in their critical early years? Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) to join a mainstream primary school nursery in Camden, starting January 2025.

Role Overview

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with the Early Years team to provide high-quality care, education, and support for children in the nursery. This full-time role is perfect for someone dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's progress to ensure their individual needs are met.
  • Collaborate with class teachers and other team members to create an engaging learning environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Promote the physical, social, and emotional development of all children.
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of children at all times.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a nursery or Early Years setting, preferably within a primary school.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young children.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to undertake one.
