Early Years Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Provide one-to-one and group support, particularly for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering creative and engaging
• Build strong relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) - Essential.
• Experience working with young children in an Early Years setting.
• Exposure to supporting children with SEN is highly desirable.
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
