As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a key role in fostering a love for learning in children, using creative and engaging teaching strategies that promote curiosity, confidence, and independence.

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, tailoring learning experiences to meet individual needs.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and creative approach to early years education.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child's development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Early Years.
• A passion for fostering curiosity and a love for learning in young children.
