EYFS Class Teacher – Haringey

The Role – EYFS Class Teacher
•    Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, tailored to each students individual needs. 
•    Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, happy, supported and eager to learn.
•    Use observations and assessments effectively to track progress and support individual learning needs.
•    Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
•    Promote early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through play-based learning and structured activities.
•    Establish positive relationships with children, encouraging curiosity, independence, and confidence.
•    Contribute to the wider school community, including EYFS initiatives, outdoor learning, and whole-school events.

•    UK QTS essential with experience in Early Years education.
•    Evidence of good or outstanding teaching practice.
•    Ability to create engaging, stimulating and inclusive learning opportunities.

•    A creative and adaptable EYFS Teacher with a passion for early childhood development.
•    Someone who understands the importance of child-led learning and individualised support.
•    A team player who works well with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
•    A teacher with strong communication skills and the ability to foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
•    Committed to inclusive practice, ensuring that every child can thrive regardless of background or ability.
•    Open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with CPD opportunities and mentoring available.
