The Role – KS2 Class Teacher
•    Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that challenge and inspire pupils.
•    Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel supported and motivated to achieve.
•    Develop pupils’ confidence and independence through a broad and balanced curriculum.
•    Use effective assessment strategies to track progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
•    Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to foster a strong sense of school community.
•    Take on a TLR responsibility (for the right candidate) in areas such as curriculum development, subject leadership, or pastoral care.

Ideal Candidate – KS2 Class Teacher
•    A qualified teacher (UK QTS) with experience in KS2 and evidence of great teaching practice. 
•    A passionate and reflective teacher with high expectations for all pupils.
•    Someone with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
•    A teacher who can differentiate effectively to support all learners, including those with SEND and EAL.
•    An enthusiastic team player who is eager to contribute to the wider school community.
•    A teacher with aspirations for leadership, ready to potentially take on additional responsibility.
