About the Role: Reed Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator (EYE) for a nursery class at a primary school located in SW9. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, providing high-quality early years education to young learners. The successful candidate will need to start as soon as possible, so a current DBS on the update service is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support the development of young children.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support each child's development.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in an early years setting, preferably in a nursery class.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Current DBS on the update service is essential.
