Long-Term Primary ECT Roles - Ealing - April 22nd Start

Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a long-term teaching role in a supportive primary school? We are offering full-time, long-term placements in Ealing, starting on April 22nd.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and develop strong teaching skills. Student teachers nearing the completion of their training are also welcome to apply!

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national primary curriculum

  • Support pupils' academic and personal development across various subjects

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies

  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods accordingly

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff to enhance student learning

Requirements:
  • Must have QTS or be working towards completing ECT induction

  • A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to pay for one)

  • Flexibility to teach across different primary year groups

  • Ability to provide a university reference and two previous work/volunteering references
