Weekly Mentor Meetings to Coach and Support you, with an experienced mentor.
Weekly Release time, covered internally by your mentor to maintain high expectations and support you.
A supportive team of teachers, some of whom have trained through their ECT with us and can guide/support you on your ECT years.
Experienced Teacher Offer
If you are an experienced teacher, we can offer the following:
Bespoke training to support your professional development.
The opportunity to become a mentor for trainee teachers or ECTs.
Subject leadership across a variety of subjects

The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
