Position: Year 5 Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 5 students.
- Manage and support students with SEND and SEMH needs.
- Address and manage challenging behaviours with a firm and experienced approach.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching KS2, particularly Year 5.
- Strong understanding of SEND and SEMH.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
