ECT Offer If you are an ECT we offer the following:

•    Weekly Release time, covered internally by your mentor – to maintain high expectations and support you.
•    A supportive team of teachers, some of whom have trained through their ECT with us and can guide/support you on your ECT years.

Experienced Teacher Offer
If you are an experienced teacher, we can offer the following:
•    Bespoke training to support your professional development.
•    The opportunity to become a mentor for trainee teachers or ECTs.
•    Subject leadership across a variety of subjects
