Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives? A specialist school in Hillingdon is looking for a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to work with students who require tailored support to help manage behaviour and overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 emotional and behavioural support to students with Autism, social communication difficulties, and other additional needs.
  • Support children in developing emotional resilience, social skills, and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with teachers and the support team to create an inclusive and structured learning environment.
  • Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with students to aid their academic and personal growth.

Who We're Looking For:

This role is perfect for someone looking to make a real difference in children's lives. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
