Description
- This role is 50/50 hands on and leadership
- Lead the development of the internal platform
- Built out the functionality of the platform
- Work directly with the Founder
- Lead a team of developers to design, build, and maintain a scalable internal platform using Laravel, Blade, and Livewire
- Proactively update stakeholders on project progress, timelines, and any potential risks or challenges
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS services, including CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, and Elastic Beanstalk
- Conduct code reviews, improving quality and reliability
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and development within the team
Profile
Must haves:
- PHP
- Laravel
- Blade & Livewire
- AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda).
- Team Lead experience
Nice to haves:
- Worked in a start up
- Knowledge or interest in Cyber Security
