The infrastructure is built both on premise and Cloud. The position would primarily involve providing outstanding technical support for our team; management of software and hardware, security and network systems and providing first line of support for service tickets.

Description

  • Provide Technical support to staff members
  • Assist with Infrastructure Projects
  • Computer Setup, maintenance and updates
  • Monitor anti-virus and intrusion activities across all servers and devices
  • Closely monitor server performances across all services and servers and ensure business continuity
  • Maintain IT related inventory of computers, mobile phones, software licenses, network equipment, printer, meeting room equipment etc
  • Support Office 365/Qualco applications, 365 administration of Users and Groups
  • Assist with documentation of IT Policies
  • Manage and assign service tickets/IT change requests

Profile

  • User support and troubleshooting experience in both hardware and software
  • MS client and server administration skills
  • Client OS knowledge, Active Directory and group policies
  • DB - MS SQL Server knowledge
  • SharePoint and Teams administration
  • Jira Administration
  • Networking and data backup knowledge, working with DR
  • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office Products and tools (cmd, powershell)
  • Good knowledge of iPhone and mobile device management (MDM)
  • Basic firewall and VPN knowledge & skills
