- Various sites, primarily focused on streetworks and utility maintenance
Scope of Work:
- Removal and replacement of chambers and interceptors
- Excavation, backfilling, and reinstatement of trenches
- Ensuring compliance with Streetworks and Health & Safety regulations
- Working in confined spaces as required
- Liaising with site management and other trades to ensure smooth project progression
Key Requirements:
- Ganger/Lead:
- Must hold a valid Medium Risk Confined Space certification (essential)
- Streetworks ticket (essential)
- SSSTS or equivalent supervisory qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Proven ability to manage and lead small teams effectively
- Experience working on the Thames Water Framework (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and compliance
- Operative:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Streetworks (NRSWA) certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience working on the Thames Water Framework (preferred)
- Experience with drainage, chamber work, and interceptor installations
- Confined space certification is advantageous but not essential
