Our client is looking to expand their team of 360’s. You will be working alongside one of their directors, who will train and coach you throughout. Showing you how to offer the best rates, building strong relationship with clients and how to keep a keen interest in the market.
Job Description:
- Achieving competitive KPIs and generating a monthly target.
- Keeping up to date with constant currency movements within the market daily on CMC.
- Leading sourcing through LinkedIn, Lusha and various other sources.
- Gaining new business by engaging with new clients and existing clients.
- As a 360, we are looking for someone who has a professional, methodological approach to work with a keen eye for detail.
- Making successful outbound calls to various companies, indicating potential FX savings.
- Being able to retain a good clientele, showing a good level of communication skills and confidence.
- Promoting what the business offers and identifying their Unique Selling Point (USP), informing clients of why we offer the best rate.
- Generate and scheduling client calls and making relevant notes and building a personal relationship with that specific client.
- You must have a keen interest in what impacts the financial markets and the fluctuations in the exchange rates.
- You should be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word etc.)
- Updating their clients when the rate is in their favour and showing financial savings between them and the client’s current provider.
- Ensuring new business is improving, by consistently getting new clients onboard.
- Executing client trades / payments when requested.
