Offering flexible working arrangements, this role can be a full-time position, or a 4-day week (with pro-rata salary). This PR Account Director role offers significant scope for growth as the agency, and specifically the newly opened London office, continues to expand.

Reporting to the Managing Partner this is a central and pivotal role within the agency. You’ll work across key accounts, oversee campaigns, manage a PR team and lead the recently opened London office.

Day-to-day responsibilities for the PR Account Director role -

  • Lead client campaigns, including onboarding, regular reviews and ensuring strategies are executed effectively
  • Primary client contact, developing media stories and providing senior PR counsel
  • Line managing a team - people management and development, monitoring team performance, as well as recruitment for new hires within the team
  • Oversee budgets, ensuring profitability of accounts and projects
  • Help to shape and strengthen the agency’s culture and reputation

About You - You have a solid PR background - ideally within a PR agency, or inhouse - working with B2B accounts. You’re experienced in running campaigns and managing individuals or teams. You have strong copywriting and storytelling skills, and are proactive and ideas-driven, with a can-do mindset to convert them into actionable solutions.
