This role involves various administrative tasks such as managing the reception area, supporting the sales team, and coordinating social events. Responsibilities:
- Reception: Manage the reception desk, receive visitors, and handle deliveries.
- Office Maintenance: Address maintenance issues, coordinate cleaning, manage supplies, and maintain office aesthetics.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Meetings and Events: Manage meeting room bookings and organise events.
- Administrative Support: Assist sales teams with system use, create reports, manage post, and coordinate staff events.
- Travel: Book travel arrangements and assist with visas.
- Supplies and Furniture: Order stationery and furniture, maintain room layouts.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with staff photos, provide PA support, manage inboxes, and implement sustainable practices.
