We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic team at a leading repairs and maintenance company. This role is integral to our commitment to providing comprehensive professional services to our clients. The successful candidate will be part of a company that values equality, diversity, and best practice in all business activities.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Perform general administration duties and input data onto our bespoke job system.
  • Collate and complete out-of-hours orders from the previous night.
  • Enter codes for job completions and assist with the completion of work orders.
  • Manage and update spreadsheets related to the backlog of orders.
  • Run reports and chase up job write-ups to enable job completions.
  • Prepare jobs for invoicing by checking all relevant paperwork, photos, etc.
  • Rebook orders and arrange materials as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and industry is preferable but not essential.
  • Ability to resolve issues with limited supervision.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to manage workload effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
